In quality, ambiance, and energy, our shops are a direct reflection of our staff.  We're lucky to have such a rich group of people in the Gallatin Valley from which to staff our shops. PhD candidates, endurance runners, aspiring teachers, undergraduate students lost to declare a major – our staff is vibrant, intelligent, and able to hold their own as easily in a good socio-political debate as behind the espresso bar.
