We serve locally roasted Ghost Town Coffee Roasters coffee. Ghost Town is a progressive roaster who sources coffee as carefully as they roast it.  On a daily basis we feature small lot single origin coffees from around the world.  On Monday, it might be a washed coffee from the Abakundakawa region of Rwanda.  On Tuesday, a natural processed Ethiopia Sidamo.

 

Each coffee is grown with rigorous standards, handled carefully in drying and transport, and then roasted to peak flavor by Chad or Scott over at Ghost Town.
